Easy way to make roasted cashews
Material:
Cashews – 1 cup
Ghee or butter – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – few leaves
Method:
First of all, put 1 ghee or butter in a pan. Now let it heat on low flame. Now when it is hot, carefully add one cup of cashews in it and fry it for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously until it becomes golden brown.
-When the cashews turn light golden, reduce the heat and add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and red chili powder. If you want, you can increase or decrease the amount of spices according to your taste. If you like light yellow color, then add a pinch of turmeric to it.

If you want to make it more flavourful, add curry leaves and fry for 1-2 minutes more. Now keep stirring the cashews well. When all the spices stick well on the cashews and the aroma of the spices starts coming, turn off the gas and remove the cashews from the flame. Let them cool. As soon as they cool, the cashews will become crispy and tasty. Now store it in an airtight container and serve it whenever you want.
